Very fascinating. I liked it alot, but I didnt expect Fincher to tone down the visuals as much as he did.

Yeah, there were some cool visual effects but if you can get over the fact that this was made to look simple, like a novel, then it is very enjoyable. (Assuming you were expecting to be attacked visually ala Panic Room)

Big Thumbs up!

... also I think if I hadnt researched the Zodiac murders to 'prepare' for the film, I would have liked it more.

Not to say I didn't like it, but knowing what was going to happen, in a sense, probably dulled the expreience just a little.

I saw it last night. Loved it. It was as good as I hoped. All of it..the sets, the music, the acting. The photography. The mood of it was just perfect. I think this film will stand the test of time and be discussed in film classes for years to come. There are so many awesome scenes. I just applaud Fincher big time. I only wish Downey had been in it more but I know he has scenes on the dvd coming out we will see. I am going to see it again tonight. Most of my friends who saw it last night are seeing it again this weekend. Judy

I enjoyed it a whole lot. Fincher's most accomplished work yet and hopefully won't be forgotten around awards time. It was like no one else could have made the story any better and I wished it was longer! Probably will se it again some time soon.

I thought the film was phenomenal. I saw it twice in theaters and wanted to go again, but life got in the way, so I'll have to wait until it hits DVD on July 24th to dissect it for my endless bio on Fincher. This film truly sets Fincher apart from his earlier work and puts him on the road to joining the pantheon with Kubrick and Hitchcock. Thumbs up. Way up.
